According to Misungwi CDM district secretary Musa Mwika, NEC CCM has disqualified all 27 of its councillors, its MP aspirant and is now embarked to massively rig out Tundu Lissu in a presidential election in favour of the incumbent by illegal creations of 79 ghosted polling stations with each 400 ghosted voters totaling 31, 600 illegal voters and dubitable 193, 294 of Misungwi registered voters which demands auditing of the Misungwi register before the election.

If we extrapolate the Misungwi rigging case just based on fake voters for all 265 constituencies deploying the magical number of 31,600 ghost voters now in Misungwi register then we may end up with ghost voters nationally totaling to a whooping 8,374,000 which CCM presidential candidate will be rewarded without a single vote cast for him!

If this is true then we ought to expect number of voters to exceed the number of registered voters culminating into a bangled elections by NEC CCM unless votes of Tundu Lissu will be directly stolen to balance the numbers of actual votes not to bust the registered voters...that will significantly alter the integrity of the polling station forms and chaos will be provoked

If this happens and civil unrest unsue reforms must begin with the judiciary which condoned NEC CCM rigging by quashing and setting aside a high court ruling which had revoked all election laws empowering the CCM NEC to surrender its constitutional mandate to CCM presidential candidates leading to massive disqualifications of opposition candidates and introduction of ghosted polling stations and voters for the purposes and intents of illegal prolonging CCM stay in power
