People in abusive nurturing tend to become abusers themselves for a straightforward reason they are groomed to believe the cane actually works while it does not

Mtwara and Lindi floods tend to be seasonal and devastate the people there now think of the money being razed at Chato could have gone to build dams to control floods and solve a myriad of water scarcity problems there but who genuinely cares

Spot on that "birds of a feather flock together" and whenever a king regards lies makes all of his servants wicked so the appointer not the appointee is our worst nightmare...

Mobutu Seseko of Zaire now DRC legacy of making hometown Gbadolite like "uraya" still haunts Africa and Chato will soon follow suit. The pictures below captured the airport that Mobutu built an international airport which now lies in ruins completely divorced from the harsh realities of the needs of those communities. The residents of Chato need water to irrigate their farms while urbanisation will reduce them into the landless "manamba" as land becomes a precious commodity with a resale value...what president Magufuli is now doing is to bring bureaucracy closer to Chato residents and before you know it the conditions attached to title deeds will soon make most of the residents landless because they have no money to develop it within a statutory period of three years...urbanisation will expropriate private land into public land which will later be handed over to aliens for a bribe in the name of "Maendeleo hayana vyama..." pray for the people of Chato who urgently need our prayers now than ever before..
Conflicts in land use will push most of Chato residents into a vicious cycle of poverty. Wildlife land utilisation always is in conflict with agriculture and animal husbandry which are staple means of survival for Chato residents. Chato residents eke out a living from cultivation and livestock keeping but urbanisation will mean land value attached in taxes of title deeds will render both agriculture and livestock keeping unprofitable and unsustainable. Now they pay nothing on land but few years down the road land taxes will push most of them landless and casual labourers. A once vibrant and economically independent community will very soon be squatters in their own community...this happens because of insensitivity of a one man show with almost zero input from other institutions of governance...

NHC lacks the jurisdiction to sell land plots but this is what is doing...besides, its mandate is to build residential homes which is good on shoddy works at insane costs.. now this

If this is insufficient NHC sells land which has been expropriated from the local residents...the land for grazing and fetching firewood now stolen.......you can talk of daylight robbery..

Lake Victoria is an ecological disaster already happening but NHC knowingly is cajoling unsuspecting customers to throw their money in this sinkhole...Lake Victoria is a dumping site resulting into its effective depth disappearing faster causing excess floods to overflow to dry land during torrential rains....so if you are dumber and fall into this NHC offer know during rain season you will need to have concrete plans of evacuation or accept to live in a waterlogged place...we know they are dreaming of a five star hotels without adequately considering these issues, and waste management ones behind what has destroyed once a beautiful scenery...

Seems NHC knows they are selling a swampy area this is why they are willing to trespass the law creating it, and now play land auctioner or broker..

Or maybe they are clueless but after squandering their own money are now looking for getting their grubby fingers on some quick buck minus all the risks

Divine Acceleration

A few years ago, Pippa and I were asked to speak at a conference in Somerset, southwest England. The journey from London should have taken about three hours. However, it was a really hot day and ahead of us a hay wagon had caught fire and spilled its load across the motorway, which had melted as a result. We were stuck, almost stationary, for five hours. It was such a relief when, finally, it was time to accelerate.
There are times in our own personal lives, church life and ministry when it feels like we are stuck and unable to move at any pace. At other times, openings begin to appear and it is ‘time to accelerate’.
God is the God of acceleration. He is able to speed things up at a much faster rate than is humanly possible.
