Wife is dreaming in the middle of the night and suddenly shouts:
"Up! Up! Quick! My husband is back"

Man gets up, jumps out of the window, hurts himself, and then realizes:
"Damn, I am the husband!"

WHO IS GUILTY IN THIS SITUATION?
