"Tanzania has (a) good land for agriculture, forest products, tourism and mining. But this 'good' land, which directly supports the livelihood of the majority of Tanzanians, can also be a curse with weak governance and investments that do not favor communities. Fortunately, civil society is concentrating its efforts to better understanding the current issues and to develop strategies and tools to make land and land-based investments more equitble, transparent and benefial to the country as a whole." The observation above points out that our land does not help us out of our poverty despite it being rich in all aspects. What can we do for it to help us the indigenous and not the so called Investors?Should we get rid of these investors? Or we reform our country system of governance?
