The first which.

6-10 weeks its a combination of two reproductive cells so called spermatozoa and ovum to form an offspring/zygote( fertilization mechanism which has 3 stage has been gone through).

While masturbation involves only a millions of spermatozoa which has been not passed through fertilization mechanism( zygote).

There is a big biological different.
