Some media outlets are reporting that Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon
are now man and wife.
The two got hitched in a small ceremony on an island Wednesday,
according to the magazine. They quote a source as saying it was "very
implusive." Rapper Da Brat attended as well. Cannon's ex-fiancée,
model Selita Ebanks, says, "I have no comment but wish them well."
Longtime pals, Carey, 38, and the 27-year-old rapper-actor connected
when he directed the video for her latest single, "Bye Bye," in late
March.
May be a publicity stunt, but what do you think of all this
ridiculousness?

It should be no surprise that Beyonce is knocked up... "A source
close to the couple revealed, "Beyonce is 100% pregnant, which is why
the couple rushed their wedding." The source also [said] that all the
friends and family that attended the ultra private wedding were all
aware that Beyonce was already expecting.
Our source added that Beyonce is in her early stages, but don't
expect this star to come out with a confirmation statement anytime

rap superstar Jay-Z is still dealing with the nagging rumor that he
fathered a child with a video model from Trinidad.
Last month the Hip-Hop tabloid Hip-Hop Weekly ran a story featuring
Shenelle Scott - the model who ardently claims that the rap mogul is
the father of her son Isa Jael. In the interview Scott talked about
being featured in the "Big Pimpin" video and admitted to a shallow
affair with Jay-Z that took place sometime in 2001.
As the rumors circulated, a Jay-Z spokesperson issued a statement
saying, "there is no truth to these ridiculous rumors... people
should be ashamed of using this kind of story and exploiting a child
for publicity and ratings."
Despite the denial, Hip-Hop Weekly is now ready to go on record to
confirm that the young boy is, in fact, the offspring of Jay-Z,
according to Ballerstatus. The magazine is planning a report that
includes details that Beyonce is aware of the child and that Jay -
real name Shawn Carter - is paying an agreed upon $4,000 in child
support payments each month.
