Habari ndugu zangu wa JF. I'm Zagarino.
Nimetumia zaidi ya miaka 13 nikiwa shule lakini mpaka leo sijawahi kujua shule ipo kwa ajili gani.
Hii ni jinsi mfumo wa elimu ya Tanzania ulivyo.
Mwalimu: Students, can anyone tell me the definition of a machine?
Student 1: Yes, sir a machine is any device that simplifies work.
Mwalimu: Oooh! You're not correct that's not the right definition
Student 2: I can define it sir worry not machine is any combination of bodies so connected that their relative motions are constraint and by which means force and motion can be transmitted and modified as a screw in its nut or a lever range turns about a fulcrum or a pulley by its pivot.
Mwalimu: You're absolutely right congratulations other students if you wanna score better make sure you define like student 2, otherwise you'll keep on failing.
Sometimes wapo waliomaliza chuo but they just have their certificates to sit at home with.
Wanafunzi wanafundishwa ways and self employment concepts but hawawezi kuzitumia kujiajiri. Shule imekuwa sehemu ya kukusanya A tu wala sio tena sehemu ya wanafunzi kupata maarifa na uelewa. Mwanafunzi anapimwa uelewa kupitia mitihani tu.
Mtihani ambao umetungwa kwenye basis ya baadhi ya topics. Je? hiyo inatosha kupima uelewa?
Shule haziwapi wanafunzi nafasi ya kuwa free in decision making lakini inawatrain kufuata maelekezo.
Kwa mfano kunyoosha mkono unapotaka kujibu swali na kuomba ruhusa pale wanapohitaji kwenda chooni.
Lakini Shule ni mfumo usiobadilika tofauti na ukuaji wa Teknolojia katika mifumo mengine. Kuna tofauti kati ya gari ya miaka 50 iliyopita na gari ya sasa. Simu ya miaka 50 Iliyopita na ya sasa.
Lakini kwa shule na elimu mfumo wake haujabadilika miaka Yote.
"Some people are good at scoring better and some are smart genuine"
I'm allowing intellectuals to criticize in their own way of understanding..
But its for the betterment of me and other members indeed.!
