WHAT IS 419 SCAM? i.e Advance-fee fraud

419 is a criminal section in Nigeria that they used to nail criminals in their county and/or get judgment against these criminals. Hivyobasi, 419 scam is a word came out of that section and is now used worldwide by Nigerians Tapelis to scam and/or kuiba. Nisawa na kumuita mtu tapeli, in Nigeria you are a 419.
