Why didn't the owner paint the uglier side as well?

At times, blue skies popped up to brighten the streets. What a nice surprise.

I enjoyed many days of clear skies during my previous trips to Sweden, Germany, and the Czech Republic. Still, I was surprised to see the sun in England during spring.

Skyline view, can see the Castle, City Hall and both cathedrals amongst other things. Norwich city centre is actually quite hilly.

The Cathedral Close - a tranquil village like area right in the heart of the city

and Pull's ferry which is on the opposite side to the other gates next to the river

Adam and eve pub near the cathedral - the oldest in Norwich, been open since the 13th century

Tombland - an area of restaurants and bars just outside the cathedral close

Elm Hill - More tudor houses on this street than in the entire city of London

Royal Arcade leads through to the market place bounded by Gentleman's Walk, the Guildhall, the city hall and St Peter Mancroft Church

The Forum is just next to the city hall

The Castle

Norwich has more medieval churches than any other city north of the alps

St Giles a street that leads up behind the city hall
