For those interested and of a background in C#, Excel, Access, Delphi, JavaScript, Visual Basic, an easy route into web development is available in morfik 3.0.
A recent acquisition of morfik by another major player has resulted in morfik reworking their licensing policy to a "free" model given the direction they are moving into as an application suite. As a result, this opens up the tool to all developers saving the previous $499 license costs.

I read somewhere in this forum, a query raised on whether there are software developers in Tanzania and how that market is faring, maybe the developer community need to come together and build a community application that can in future be used as a reference in the biding for work scenarios.
I commend this to JF community and hope JF community member participate in ideas and will pass this on to their colleagues who may be interested and hope something can sprout as a result.
