Emerging variants of covid-19 pose a strong challenge to the current medications mostly vaccine.

INSPIRED MECHANISMS
ARV-based microbicides works by targeting HIV at different phase in its life cycles such as cell fusion which preventing the virus from entering human cells, reverse transcription which preventing the copying of viral RNA into DNA, which blocks the virus from integrating with the human cell or making copies of itself. Also through integrase inhibitors which prevent the virus from permanent inserting its genetic material into human chromosomes, and protease inhibitors which prevent HIV from constructing the protein components it needs to assemble new viruses. Thus, we replicate ARV based microbicides mechanisms as a base in development of covid-19 antiretroviral drugs.

WE USE THE FOLLOWING STEP TO DEVELOP AND DELIVERY COVID-19 ANTIRETROVIRAL DRUG
Acquire omics data from sequence laboratories across the world to know amino acids sequence, the arrangements of amino acids in a COVID-19 varieties of protein, and genetic code, the sequence of nucleotides in deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) and ribonucleic acid (RNA) that determines the amino acids sequence of protein in a covid-19 virus

Determine which length of amino acids sequence and it's genetic code will be able to cover spike glycoprotein (S) and bind nucleocapsid protein (N) and RNA, as a way of interrupt life cycles of different variants of covid-19 virus through use group scheme and proportion of reasoning
