Kinachowasaidia wazungu ni ratiba yao ya kula. Kabla ya saa 2 asubuhi wanapata breakfast nzito ( maziwa, fresh juice, eggs, mikate, sausages, firigisi n.k.), saa 4 asubuhu wanabreak na coffee na some bites, kabla ya saa 7 mchana wanapata lunch ya maana, saa 10 jioni wanapata tena coffee/milk na some bites, inapofika dinner before saa 1 jioni tumbo linakuwa full. Kuna Semina moja ya wazungu nilienda na hiyo ratiba kwa kufakamia kila kitu, ilipofika dinner nilishindwa kumaliza nusu kuku. Hata nafasi ya kuweka bia tumboni ilikosekana.
