Thats what most Africans we think. We think we are children who are to be treated failrly by our big brothers called wazungu. We dont do what we ought to do because we are children. We are not ashamed beging others because even what we hava we take to them first bacause we cant do anything. You fool, who do you think you are for others to formulate good laws for you than those you have? Who in the world is an angle who will deny whealth given to him by a person who doesnt know what to do with that fortune? If that is what you want and you have formulated clean laws and regulations to get that little, who will bother to give you more?
