HAHAHA, I see now you want to switch to debt arguments but ignore the fact that your projects have stalled. but speaking of debt the only debt international lenders complain about is kenyan domestic debt which is currently 50% of all kenyan debt and no kenya has never defaulted on any loan.
Why not be more concerned with the commercial debt your government is taking or hopes to take to finish off their projects?
