Kwa Tanzania na pato lilivyo dogo, wasomi wakiwa na watoto wengi tunaongeza white-collar crime (a crime committed by a person of respectability and high social status in the course of his occupation).
Mfano ni BOT, Richmond nk.
Bin Maryam,
I like the definition of white collar crime that you have availed us.
It is a white collar crime, is it not, that 50 years after Independence our people are poorer than they were when we started. You dont have to look far to see this. Look at people that scramble for water in the Msimbazi Creek! Look at the many men and women that walk from Kimara to Kariakoo because they cannot afford to board a bus! Look at all the children that sit on the floor of their classrooms! Look at the patients that sleep three to a bed in our municipal hospitals!
Who, may I ask, is committing this white collar crime? Who are the white collar criminals? Is it not the people that have lorded it over us all this time, and want to continue to do so?
It is, I submit, collaboration with white collar criminals to vote for the same group!
