The Tanzania education system has taught you to associate success with praise, and failure with shame.
So people don't feel successful unless they are praised,
-and are ashamed when they fail.
Failure is not fatal.
Success is not enduring.
Failure doesn’t make you a loser.
Multiple failures don’t make you a loser.
Giving up before failing turns to winning makes you a loser.
Let me give an example;
We all know of a person who didn't make it to university and probably at the time was considered a failure.
The person joined a technical institution trained to become a carpenter, mason, electrician etc
And is very good at their job...

The real problem with the education system is that it tests memorization skills, not learning or intelligence.
The two major aspects that lack in modern education systems are education and system.
University was valuable when it was hard and very few people could get in.
Now it's a mill printing expensive degrees for all those willing to borrow and pay for it. Even morons have degrees now.
They are not valuable.
Most university graduates are very entitled.
Think the world owes them something.
Look here son. The world doesn't owe you anything.
Your intelligence cannot be measured by a number.
It is defined by your willingness to learn, solve problems and try new things.
You are more than just a number.
Develop your skills. Share your brilliant ideas.
Your skills are more valuable than your grades.
You cannot get educated by this self-propagating system in which people study to pass exams, and teach others to pass exams, but nobody knows anything.
You learn something by doing it yourself, by asking questions, by thinking, and by experimenting.
University and educational institutions are not the only custodians of knowledge in the present time.
The Internet has disrupted the traditional gatekeepers and overhauled the entire education system.
You can learn so many skills online that you can monetize.
You don't need fancy degrees or credentials to win, but a desire to learn and unlearn.
