Haiheshimu katiba ya nchi pamoja na kula kiapo mbele ya mamilioni ya Watanzania na kuahidi kulinda na kuiheshimu katiba ya nchi. Hawajali Watanzania, kule Kagera ni mwezi wa nne sasa unaingia tangu tetemeko la ardhi litokee lakini hataki kwenda kuwapa pole na kawapora bilioni 16 zilizochangwa ndani na nje ya nchi.
