An intelligence quotient or IQ is a score derived from one of several different standardized tests attempting to measure intelligence. IQ tests are used as predictors of educational achievement. People with low IQ scores are sometimes placed in special-needs education.

A standardized test is a test administered and scored in a standard manner. The tests are designed in such a way that the "questions, conditions for administering, scoring procedures, and interpretations are consistent" [1] and are "administered and scored in a predetermined, standard manner."[2]

Ndugu nyani nafikiri hukupata muda wa kutosha kufikiri jibu la kumjibu kijakazi kwa nia ya kumsaidia. Nina wasiwasi na IQ (intellegence quotient)yako pia!!

Tusisahau msemo usemao kuuliza si ujinga. Na asiyejua si mjinga kama anajua kama hajui na anafanya jitihada ya kujua. Hatukuzaliwa tukiwa tunajua kila kitu. Ni kutokana na interactions tulizopitia katika maisha (ambazo zinatofautiana kwa kila mtu)tunajikuta tunajua vitu mbalimbali. Kuna uwezekano mkubwa kuna vitu vingi ambavyo nyani havijui na kijakazi anavijua... na uwezekano ni mkubwa zaidi iwapo kuna theories zinazomfanya mtu asiulize swali kwa lengo la kujua. jinsi ya kumfanya kila mmoja ajue zaidi ni kushirikishana na kueleweshana kwa njia mbalimbali kama kwenda darasani, JF, ... SIMPLE!!! Inasemekana (kwa mujibu wa wana sayansi ya jamii) na inawezekana pia IQ inachangiwa kwa sehemu fulani na vizazi(genetics).

Nafikiri anachohitaji kijakazi ni kujua tunamaanisha nini tunaposema IQ ya Nyani ni "x" na ya tumbili ni "y"; na baada ya hapo anahitaji kujua IQ inawakilisha nini katika maisha ya kawaida na ni jinsi gani tunapima.
