Jamani mi siku hizi nashangaa sana, hivi kumbe kazi ni ishu kiasi hiki? Yaani hakuna uhusiano wa nafasi za kazi na watu wanaotakiwa kufanyiwa usaili. Mfano PSPF walitoa nafasi 8 za nafasi ya Operation Officer, leo nimeona wameita watu 1422 kwa ajili ya usaili, pia walitoa nafasi 7 za madereva, na wameita watu 185 kwa ajili ya usaili. Jamani hata kama ajira ndio ishu hivi kuna uhusiano wa nafasi na watu wanaoitwa kwenye usaili? Hata kama kuna Written, Oral, Practical yote hayo ya nini? Hivi hakuna sheria inayosimamia idadi maalumu ya watu wa kuwafanyia usaili kulingana na nafasi zilizopo? Mi nilikuwa nadhani ingekuwa 1:3 au hata 1:5 siyo mbaya, au ma - great thinker mnaonaje?

Duh! kami ni hivyo sasa tunaelekea wapi jamani? Hii nchi hii, yaani basi tu. Kwahiyo watu wote hao karibia 1500 watakaofanya Interview wanachezeshwa shere!

Ni vema waka shortlist watu wachache kuliko kuwa na idadi kubwa ya watu alafu matumaini yanakosekana kabisa.Jambo hili ni mhim likaangaliwa kwa umakini mkubwa kwa sababu kinachofanyika ni kuwapotezea watu mda mwingi na gharama kubwa.

Izi ishu za kazi bana last wik nlipigiwa cim na kampun moja nliyokua nmeomba kazi eti jamaa anataka kitu kidogo ili aniingize kwenye interview akaniachia contact zake, nkampotezea yani nitoe hela ya kufanya interview afu kwenye interview ntoe ingine au?

Kha! nafasi nane watu 1422!!!!? yaani hii ndo namna ma hr wa ofisi hii wameweza kufanya!??, inashangaza sana, na inawezekana wamewaita waombaji wote ili kuondoa zile lawama za upendeleo katika shortlisting.

Kwa HRM aliyekwenda shule ya Human resource anajua idadi ipi a-shortlist kulingana na nafasi zilizopo! Tatizo wengi wao wakikwambia
program walizosoma utacheka, kwamba kwa nini yuko pale!! Kwanza anaharibu resource za kampuni bila msingi, ikiwemo muda, pesa
coz hao watu wanalipwa,na muda huo wangeutumia kufanya kazi za kampuni, badala ya ku-enjoy watu kwa maswali ya chekechea,
wakati wakijua nafasi hizo wamekwishazitoa kwa watu wao!!!
Hapa ndipo nchi yetu illipofikia!

M2 wangu hawa PSPF sio siri wamefanya sio vizuri kwa wasailiwa kwani wengi wataumia NAFASI ZA KAZI 7 WA2 1400 can you imagine. Kama ningekuwa mimi nimeapply nisingeenda kama nipo mbali na kituo cha usaili.

PSPF ni one of the organizations TZ yenye young na most qulified management team. Walinzi wa PSPF wenyewe ni masterz holderz! Sasa sijui hao madirector watakuwa na elimu gani!
