Napongeza kwa dhati juhudi za Rais wetu kulifufua shirika letu la ndege Air Tanzania Ltd.

Mimi nilipanda kwa mara ya kwanza ndegeza ATC mwaka 1982 na safari ya kwanza kabisa ilikuwa kutoka Dar-Arusha-Musoma, kwa ndege aina ya Fokker Friendship 50.

Miaka hiyo kuna Boeing 737 mbili, Fokker nafikiri tatu au nne na ndege ndogo za Twin Otter zilizokuwa kanda ya Ziwa.

Hapo ndio upeo mkubwa uliowahi kufikiwa na ATC, na management ikisaidiwa nafikiri na waholanzi.

Kilichoiangusha ATC wakati huo ni POOR MANAGEMENT baada ya waholanzi kuwaachia kina Lawrence Mmasi aliyekuwa mkurugenzi mkuu.

Management ya airlines ni fani ya pekee.

Ground support services lazima ziwe intact.
Nazo ni supply services kama mafuta, lubricants,chakula,hoteli kwa staff nk

Engineering services kama spares, engine
Onehaul, airframe checks, na hata airwothiness checks.

Strategic marketing, lazima ndege kila flight ijae kwa kiasi fulani ili gharama zote zirudi, na ikijaa zaidi ni faida

Cost management, gharama za uendeshaaji lazima ziwe CHINI DAIMA ya kipato yaani total income kutokana na airfares na air transportation sevices.

Mimi si mtaalam wa usafiri wa anga, lakini ushauri wangu sasa.

Management ya ATC inabidi iwekeze katika huduma za kuliweka shirika angani for 80% of the time.
Hizo airline services zisipowekezwa ni rahisi kurudi kule kule tulikokuwa miaka ya 80.

Maana yangu hapa ni lazima tujifunze toka makampuni kama Ethiopian Airlines, tuwe na hangar madhubuti ya maintaainance sasa hivi haipo hapa Dar.
Ground training school, aggresive marketing kama za Fastjet, commited management na staff.

Bila ya hayo machache, tutakuwa na ndege za kutosha lakini moja baada ya nyingine zaweza kusimama kutokana na huduma hafifu.

Shirika haliwezi kufa kama faida katika biashara ipo.
Na kama vigezo vyote vilivyoainishwa hapo juu vipo.

Kuwa na management ya ndani haina shida. Tuna waTanzania wenye weledi wa kuendesha ATC. Kikubwa ni kufuata sharia. Na atakayekiuka sheria na utaratibu adhibiwe vilivyo!

Kupewa shirika kubwa kama ATC uliendeshe ukashindwa..inabidi upigwe mawe hadharani. It should be a rare privilege kupewa nafasi kama hiyo kulisaidia taifa lako. One should consider himself or herself blessed.

ATC haijawahi kujiendesha kwa Faida tangu limeanzishwa.

Miaka ya Nyuma ya Kijamaa wakat wa Mwl Nyerere ATC Kama yalivyo mashirika mengi Kama TRC yalikuwa yakijiendesha kwa hasara tofauti ni kuwa zamani walikuwa wanatoa ruzuku ( Subsidies) ya kuyafanya yaweze kuishi hali hiyo iliwezesha Boeng kurusha ndege zake mpaka Washington na yalianza kuporomoka baada ya Mashirika hayo kusitishiwa ruzuku kutokana na Masharti ya Mashirika makubwa ya Fedha i.e IMF na WB

Kama Dangote mwenyewe ni taasisi binafsi lakin kuna Vichaa tena wa kiwango cha juu kabisa wanataka kumpangia wapi pia kununua nishati ya kuendeshea Kiwanda chake na mbaya zaid haikuwa kwny terms za Mkataba!

Nimependa sana kuona tuna mawazo chanya kuelekea kwenye shirika letu.Tunaomba wasiingize siasa , shirika liwe huru bila kuwaingiza wanasiasa kwenye utendaji.

Hili la Hangar linatia hasira pale KIA kulikuwa na Hangar sijui kina Mkapa wakampa mwanamke gani tena kwa hela ya kutupwa badala yake huyo mama akawa anatumia kwa ajili ya private jets zinazotua hapo ,anavuta sijui dola ngapi kwa Private jet moja

Arusha kule jua likizama basi ndio hamna kinacho endelea kwa sababu runway ambayo inatumika kama taxway pia haina mataa sasa hili linasubiri nini kutekelezwa ?
Najua safari ni ndefu na yote hayawezi fanikiwa overnight ila basi jitahidi kutafuta funds za ku renovate viwanja vyetu na pia kusomesha wataalamu zaidi

Naamini kwa kuwa mkulu ameanza kuhakiki vyeti asikubali kuwa shirika letu liendeshwe na kina ngosha ati kwa sababu ndugu yetu ndo kaliamsha shirika. Aongoze mtu kwa sababu tu anazo sifa stahiki tena kumpita flani. Kama ni nini, awalete wageni kutoka mbali. Wavute mkwanja mzuri lakini shirika letu liwe namba moja na livutie watu kwani hao kwetu, Mteja awe mfalme

Tanzania tulikuwa na hangar moja tu la maintainance pale KIA, lilojengwa kwa gharama kubwa.
Wkati huo Tanzania ili train kada nzuri tu ya wahandisi wa ndege huko Uholanzi na Perth, Australia.
Kada hiyo imezeeka na hakuna wa kuwapokea .
Maana yake hakuna muendelezo uliokuwepo wa kuwa na Maintainance Hangar ya kimataifa, achilia mbali ya kitaifa.

Mheshimiwa Magufuli na Management ya ATC ilitazame hili kwa upya.
