Kwa mtaji wa 15m ukianzisha duka la spare za magari hio 3m kwa mwezi hata huumizi kichwa. Ila kuwa tofauti na wauzaji wengine,dont be just like everybody else. Kuwa tofauti. I'm talking from experience.
Mkuu hebu nipe abc za hii 'biznaa' nitupie jokeri lote hapo hasa kwa mtu ambae si fundi au mzoefu sana wa hii biashara ya spea za magari lakini kamtaji kanapatikana hata li jokeri i.e hamsa milioni(30-50). Nashukuru kwaa kugawa hayo madini.

Changamoto kubwa kwako itakuwa hio ya wewe kutokuwepo kwenye biashara yako. Hizi biashara ndogo aka SME unahutajika uwepo vinginevyo watatajirika wengine na wewe utafunga biashara.

- je bidhaa ni za kuaagiza au unanunua kwa wauzaji wakubwa hapahapa?
-vp kuhusu masoko kuna namna yeyote ya kupata au nikufungua tu shop nakusubiria wateja
- aina ya bidhaa, je ni kustock vipuri pendwa vya akina toyota/nissn au kuna namna ya kuspecialize?

1. Jinsi ya kuwa tofauti-just be professional,wauza spare wengi sio professional. Jinsi utakavyoongea na wateja wataona tofauti yako wewe na wauzaji wengine.
2.Bidhaa unaweza kuagiza au kununua hapa kwa wholesalers wa hapa(kwa toyota,nissan) inategemea na target yako
3.Masoko ndio unatakiwa ujiongeze, online kama insta,fb,jf. Unaweza kuwafuata mwenyewe kwenye established garages,unaweza hata ku-approach individauls. Ukikaa location zenye mzunguko na garage wateja watakuja pia.
4.Toyota ndio zina wateja wengi, unaweka mkazo kwenye parts za kila siku service parts,brakes na suspension parts
5.Unaweka inventory system na stock taking mara kwa mara
6.Changamoto zile zile kama biashara yoyote ile. Ukifanikiwa kukamata soko, changamoto nyingine sio issue. Kama huuzi ndio issue.
