US secretary of state Hirary clinton has vows that the US will deploy forces without the UNSC mandate aproval...But as we all know that RUSSIA,CHINA and IRAN have bn rejected any LIBYA scenario to be reapeted..Double standard while the US,UK and FRANCE have bn arming rebels so as to fight the government troops and to overthrow the president and to plant the their puppet reader same as LIBYA....what is hidden agenda if this will be repeated will this end up on ARABS STATES all will proceed ?
