Hivyo kila shule ina watoto 180 wanaomaliza na kufanya mtihani wa kidato cha nne. form 4


Changamoto kubwa alionayo Mh. Mo na kitu anachojiuliza kila siku ni kuwa.
Je! hawa watoto 2,700 wanaomaliza kidato cha 4 kila mwaka waende wapi??
Au waishie kidato cha nne, na jibu lake ni hapana.


Ndio maana inamlazimu kuweka mikakati ya ujenzi wa shule za kidato cha 5 na cha 6 ndani ya Wilaya yake.
Kama kwa muda wa miaka 48 (1961 - 2009) kulikuwa na shule 2 tu.
Na sasa ndani ya miaka 3 baada ya uongozi wake alifanikiwa kuwa na shule 15.
Anaamini na ana hakika hawawezi kushindwa kujenga shule zaidi .
