Barbro Johansson Girls' Education Trust (Joha Trust) reaches out needy students from economically​

challenged families in Tanzania. Each year 20% of the students population at Barbro School are helped realize their goals in attaining quality education through Joha Trust Scholarship programme. Helping others gives one an inner pleasure, a sense of satisfaction that develops a sense of belonging. People we help develop self confidence their self esteem is boosted and they build their self realization. Helping improves one's health. It is for the helpers and helped. Roze Ndekirwa from Kaloleni Primary School,is 12 years old.Rose lives with her poor mother who does not have her own farm,but hires about 3 acres which she has to pay in terms of crops after harvest.Out of six children,three are in primary school and the others are still young to go to school.Rose is interested in science subjects and during her free time, she plays netball.

Aziza Bakari Njau is from Laalakir Primary School.Aziza is an orphan currently taken care by her sister who suffering Tuberculosis. Her favourate subjects is science. She also likes playing netball during her free time.

Zulfa Mohamed 13 years now is fromDinduma Primary School in TandahimbaDistrict – Mtwara Region. Zulfa's parents lives in absolute poverty.Currently her uncle is taking care of Zulfa and her sister. Her uncle owns a small grass thatched house, 2 acres of cassava and cashew nuts, Her favourite subject is science and during her free time she reads newspapers, novels and playing netball.Her ambition is to become a doctor.

Zanura Bilali, 14 years old from Mahuta Bondeni Primary School in Tandahimba District – Mtwara Region. Zanura has no proper person taking care of her,just living with an old grandmother. She likes science most and she believes she canmake it as a teacher in the future.

Amina Said Pinda 14 years is from Michenjele Primary School in Tandahimba District,Mtwara Region.Amina's parents live in object poverty,they own 2 acres of land where they grow cassava & maize. She likes science and she is hopingto become a great accountant in the future.

Farida Said,13of Mkwanyule Primary School in Kilwa District (Lindi region) . Farida is taken care of by the poor father and step mother. They live in a grass thatched house and own 1 acre of land.She is living in a very difficult and risky environment.She cried alot when Joha Trus visited her home and asked about problems facing her. She deserves help to rescure her life.

Suwabu Mohamed 14 years old is fromNewala District in Mtwara Region.She lives with the grandparents who are very old and and poor.Suwabu and her grandparents are taken care of by the ward councilor. She does some manual work in order to attain the school requirement like exercise books,pens,clothes etc. Her subjects are science and language. i.e. Kiswahili & English.

Halima Mohamed, 14 years old is from MakongaPrimary School in Newala District - Mtwara region.Her parents are poor peasants.She is good in science and language subjectsshe has great hope of becoming a teacher.

Fatuma Juma is 13 years old from Mkalama Primary School in Singida region.Her parents are extremly poor peasants. She likes sciencemost and she dreams of becoming a doctor at one time.During her free time, she plays netball and reads novels.

Jane Maximillanfrom Chemchem Primary School in Iramba District in Singida.Jeni's mother is peasant and she owns an acre where she grows food for consumption.she is 12 years old. Her dream is to become a lawyer when she grows-up.

Furaha Zuberi , 12 years old. She is fromNg'awa Primary School. She is Frustrated by lack of food and basics needs.Joha Trust representative suggested that she should be councseled. Furaha is more interested in Geography, English, Kiswahili and Civics subjects. She loves to be a nurse at the end of her journey of schooling

Amina M.Nandonde, 12 years old. She is from Ng'awaPrimary School in Lindi region.Amina's father passed away and the poor mother abandoned her to the old grandparents who are also helpless. She is working with her studies towards becoming a nurse in the future.

Angelina Jonasi Jackson is 12 years old from Msente Primary School. Angelina currently lives with her poor peasant parents. They own about three acres which they cultivate maize and beans. Out of four children,three are in primary school and the youngest one is at home. She is more interested in science subjects and enjoys playing netball.

Siku zote ukweli utajisimamia,wala hauitaji kelele kibao,nimesoma website yao shule hii inadhaminiwa na SERIKALI YA SWEEDEN kwa zaidi ya miaka kumi sasa,hawa wa sweed ambao pia ni donors wakubwa sana kwa kuchangia budget yetu hawawezi kusaidia matakwa ya mtu binafsi,bila shaka wanaona kazi inavyo tendeka na ndio maana bado wana supoort.
 
Hivi ni kwa nini Good faith ya Fr. Ruge haikuelekezwa moja kwa moja kwa taasisi ya Barbro School na badala yake ilipitia kwanza kwa Mama Tibaijuka?
 
Yatima husaidiwa kwa donations wala si kwa pesa za wizi...mama ni mwizi period.

Hata mkijaribu kutumia steel wire na sabuni ya OMO, hatakati, kashachafuka.

Kwa hiyo umeongea nini sasa?
 
Kikubwa ni agizo la PAC uchunguzi ufanyike .Hiyo shule kwakuwa imehusishwa na huo mwamala ichunguzwe kwa kuangalia vyanzo vya fedha huduma mishahara ya wafanyakazi social security kodi ownership registration ukilinganisha na sera na miongozo ya elimu hapa tz.Ushauri wangu ajiuzulu asimamie shule zake siasa inataka usafi sana
 
Asilimia kubwa ya wanafunzi wanaosoma hii shule ni "nshomire until final class" hawa waswahili sijui kawatoa... Atueleze vizuri aache uongo. Nimeshaenda kwenye hiyo shule nikimtafutia nafasi binti wa ndugu yangu. Mfanyakazi wa pale ndio akanitonya kua hadi nshomire wote wapate nafasi, zikibaki ndio wengine wanachukuliwa.
Shule inafadhiliwa na mama mmoja m swedish ndio mwenye jina shule. 1.6b atueleze vizuri kapewa kwa ajili gani.
