Pole sana. Jaribu kutafuta hii dawa ya glibenclamide (glitsol) uwe unakunywa 1/3 ya kidonge cha 5mg. Kidonge kimoja unakigawanya vipande vitatu unakunywa kipande kimoja kabla ya kulala... Huenda kikakusaidia ku gain weight!

Kuna research Cadbury foundation waliifanya kuhusu umasikini ni nini?

1. Kuna waliosema umasikini ni kukosa basic needs. Pakulala, chakula na mavazi

2. Kuna waliosema kukosa ada ya shule, huduma za afya na barabara nzuri ( inamaana hawa wana pa kulala , chakula na mavazi)

3, kuna walosema kutokumudu gharama za utalii kwa mwaka.

4. Kuna waliosena kukosa salmon fish na champagne kwenye breakfast.

Ukila matunda inamaana unabalance diet huwezi kunenepa bali utakonda zaidi.
Kunenepa ni kuharibu mfumo
Cha kufanya kula kila kinachonenepesha
Asubuhi kula kiporo cha wali.. mchana ugali mkubwa mboga 7 shushia na soda.. usiku chips/wali/ Nyama na juice ya kutengeneza
Ukipita njiani usisahau kula vitu vidogo vidogo/ michemsho nk

Naombeni nitoke nje ya mada kidogo. Nini kinakufanya uwe na uzito mkubwa. Mimi Ni mwembamba na Sina kitambi ila Ni mrefu almost 7ft. Nimepima uzito juzi Nina kilo 80. Mara ya mwisho nilikuwa na 76kg. Ni mzani mbovu au Nini??!

Hapa angetolea ufafanuz pia mana na hii hua inanyonya afya ya mtu ili kama ni hvyo basi abadilishe ratiba kama c kumpuzika kwa miez kadhaa!

Kuna jamaa nae alikonda sana yan sana (zaidi ya neno "sana") kisa kila siku anafanya ngono na ana-force 3 rounds daily, ikafika kipind count ikawa siyo kabsa. Akashauriwa apumzike miez 5-6 ili kuwepo na health-restoration, alijitahid kiasi na angalau akawa kama mtu kabsa!

Je huna dalili nyingine zaidi ya ukondefu..yaani kama mapigo ya moyo kwenda mbio, kuwa na wasiwasi,, kuwa na njaa kali, kutokwa jasho, kuwa nervous na nk??

Utakua umeongeza % ya excess fat mwilini.. ni bora kua na kitambi (subcutaneous fat) kuliko kuwa na fats kwenye abdominal cavity (visceral fat), kumbuka huko kwenye abdominal cavity ndio kuna moyo na organ zingine muhimu.
