Tatzo langu ni uwembamba uliopitiliza natamani walau na mimi niwe na vinyama kidogo. Nakumbuka mwaka jana niliwahi kupima uzito wangu nikawa 48kg uzito wa Jogoo la kienyeji iliniuma sana nilikaa wiki zima nikitafakari hatma ya afya yangu hadi hapo nilipoenda kupima magonjwa yote nikakutwa nipo smart sina tatzo la kiafya!

Nikaamua kujianzishia Dozi ya kula matunda kila baada ya chakula na mara kwa mara hali ambayo ilikuwa inanigalimu kila siku kutumia galama zaidi ya elfu kumi 10,000 kwa ajili ya Kuimalisha Afya yangu pia nilipata ushauri wa kula kitimoto na Bia moja kila siku! Hali ambayo sikuona shida nilikuwa nafanya hivyo hadi kujikuta nakuwa mlevi wa bia, Maana nilikuwa nakunywa bia moja kwa ajili ya Afya ila hatmae nikajikuta nakunywa bia zaidi ya 5 kwa siku maana tabia ya Bia nilikuwa nikinywa moja natamani kuongeza nyingine na nyingine hadi nikajikuta nakuwa mlevi pasipo kukusudia hali hii ilikuwa inanipelekea kukosana na watu wanaonizunguka kila nikinywa pombe nawatambia majirani zangu kuwa hawana hela na kusababisha fujo hadi nyumbani kwangu! Ikabidi nijishauri mwenyewe nakuacha dozi hii kwa sasa situmii tena.

Ila katika kumbukumbu zangu kipindi nafanya haya walau nilianza kuona mabadiliko kidogo ya afya mwilini mwangu nikaanza kutokeza kakitambi kwa mbali na kunenepa shavu na nilipopimwa uzito nilikuwa nimefikisha 60Kg hadi watu walianza kuniambia nimenenepa pasipokujua hiyo hali inaniingiza galama kiasi gani!

Nilikuwa nimeanza kunyanyua kakibanda kangu ila nilisimamisha shughuli ya ujenzi, pesa yote niliokuwa napata katika mihangaiko yangu ikawa inatumika kwa ajili ya kufanyia kile ninachokitamani, baada ya kuacha tena dozi hii kwa sasa nimepururuka vibaya mno jana nimepima uzito nakuta 52kg tu na kila kukicha nazidi kukonda tena!

Nimeamua kuja hapa ili wataalamu mnipe namna ambayo itakuwa si ghali sana ambayo nitatumia ili ninenepe huu ukondefu unaninyima michongo mingi sana!

Pole sana. Jaribu kutafuta hii dawa ya glibenclamide (glitsol) uwe unakunywa 1/3 ya kidonge cha 5mg. Kidonge kimoja unakigawanya vipande vitatu unakunywa kipande kimoja kabla ya kulala... Huenda kikakusaidia ku gain weight!

Sasa kwa mtu anaetaka kuongeza mwili hii itamfaa kwasababu huongeza hamu ya kula sana njaa utakayosikia huwezi kushindwa kula,ipo kwenye mfumo wa kahawa(ina taste ya kahawa lakini haina caffeine)na vidonge vyake pia

Namimi hapa urefu wa 5 feet 11 inches (181cm) 67kg nilikuwa najiona mwembamba kumbe afadhali yangu ila kwa urefu wangu bado ni kilo chache inabidi nifike angalau 75kg.

Halafu uongezaji wa kilo mzuri ni wakufanya mazoezi (kunyanyua uzito, push ups na squads), ndio nilioutumia kuongeza kilo mwaka jana nilikuwa na 57kg. Unaongeza kilo na kubaki na mwili mzuri kuliko kuongeza kilo na kupata kitambi, sema kila mtu na mapendeleo yake.

NB: kitambi kinategemea aina ya chakula zaidi. Sema mazoezi yanaweka definition kidogo kwenye tumbo.

Sasa mbona wewe mnene mkuu embu acha masihara halafu shukuru wewe ni mfupi. Sisi ni vimbau mbau halafu ni warefu.
Huyu jamaa anazingua dizain flani aisee.

Hajui watu tupo km 1 halafu futi 6+ yaani shuka tunajifunika pembe kwa pembe.
