Sunday June 15, 2014 - President Uhuru Kenyatta has warned former Prime Minister, Raila Odinga that he will know that he is the President of Kenya when he tries to cause chaos in the country.

Speaking in Nyeri on Saturday, Uhuru who seemed furious with the current political temperatures in the country said he cannot allow Kenya to go to the dogs again like in 2007 -08 during the post election violence.

"Tutapambana kabisa na mtu yeyote atakayejaribu kuleta vita (I will deal ruthlessly with anyone who tries to cause violence again)" the Head of State said.

Kenyatta said his Government is intact and warned those ‘making noise' that he will not be shaken.

"Serikali iko ngangari. Wachaneni na hao wanapiga makelele," (The Government is stable. Let those making noise continue, but we won't be deterred)," Uhuru said.

He also urged Jubilee supporters not to panic because his Government has a formula of dealing with dissidents.

"Do not panic, the Government is intact and stable. Despite our silence, we are sure that we will triumph. I only ask you to focus on development and shun what they say," Uhuru said.

I will arrest RAILA ODINGA on July 7th if he causes violence - Ole LENKU vows

Interior Coordination Minister, Joseph Ole Lenku, has fired a warning salvo to CORD leader Raila Odinga that he will be held responsible if chaos break out in his planned countrywide rallies.

In a press statement on Friday, Lenku said that the Government would only provide “minimal security” during the CORD rallies and would not divert the limited police service from “important state duties”

“The Government will hold the organizers personally liable if the rallies turn out chaotic leading to lose of lives and property,” Ole Lenku warned through his Director of Communications, Mwenda Njoka.

“The leaders should make arrangements to ensure that the rallies remain peaceful,” Ole Lenku added.

CORD leaders led by the former PM have organized a series of incitement rallies on July 7thto compel the government agree on their calls for national dialogue.

But Ole Lenku told CORD leaders to hold their horses and wait for 2017 polls, citing Article 3 (2) of the Constitution.

The article says:

“Any attempt to establish a Government otherwise than in compliance with this Constitution is unlawful,”

He said he will not allow any CORD leader to lie to the public that they are forming an alternate Government on July 7th.

uhuru hana karama ya uongozi na nchi inakarbia kumshinda. Tofauti yake na kagame ni ndogo sana

President Uhuru Kenyatta must be fair while dealing with opposition challenges. Its not ideal to use government machinery to club down opposition because they have constitutional right to air their voices.
On other hand Odinga Raila must not over do what is avail by the constitution. He was prime minister of a yesterday Kenyan government and was not better than others. He must remember his failure are likely to repeat to the current regime.
Let you be sensible for the benefit of our mother land Kenya.
