IEBC finds 78,752 anomalies in voter register

You don't understand what double voter registration is. It could mean someone is trying to hijack your identity to use to vote more than once or prevent you from voting. That is why IEBC has asked them to go and verify their details.

The IEBC voter register database is a mess. That database was designed to register ghost voters. A simple MYSql or oracle database would automatically flag and reject the use of one ID number to register more than one voter but this on has kept this ghost voters since 2012 until NASA raised the alarm. Even a form four leaver who did computer studies could set up a database that guarantees the ID is a unique field that would prevent this double registration. On top of this the voter registration was kept in different databases to give leeway for double voter registration add the fact that the biometrics were never used to verify the register. Its quite obvious some thieving IEBC officials had the deliberate intention to subvert our vote and democracy chief among them was Chirchir who after presiding over a failed ICT system in IEBC was promoted to energy cabinet sec post. Karma obviously goes around and he had to lose his ill gotten job.

The corrupt NRB has been know to sell identification and immigration documents to foreigners so their records cannot be trusted because even now there people out there with multiple IDs who are free to register multiple times. The other day we saw a jubilee mp being chased out of Uganda for trying to register Ugandans to come and vote in Kenya.

If the biometrics which are the true unique non artificial identifiers are not used to verify the voter register then August 8th is just a futile exercise.

NASA SOFTBALL ON IEBC MESS::::::::::

Unless you discuss the software in use at IEBC you are wasting time.

Unless IEBC CEO Ezra Chiloba says what he has done since his appointment more than 2 years ago to fix this mess, he is part of this mess and is merely confirming why Jomo Gecaga rooted for his appointment .

He must explain why the entire ICT team that presided over this mess is sitting pretty and “cleaning”their mess by convoluting entire register.

Unless we do a new register in a new database then we will be justifying jubilee theft.

It’s time to make drastic choices and the earlier the better.

Thank me later, this exercise is RUBBISH in capital letters.

People who voted in 2013 are not in the register, people who did not vote in 2013 are in the register.

Now they want to create a fake list to show that this mess is universal and without any clear pattern (sanitization)

None existent names are in the register and then Jubilee pretends to be attacking IEBC to give you a false sense of de javu.

Let us carefully study the process that Nigeria used to cleanup their register. It actually informed what Ghana did. In Ghana the software supplier was working in cahoot with the ruling party elites ,behind the scenes to mess things up.

Go to their site KPMG does not have experience or expertise in voter register audit. They have never done it anywhere in the world despite being an international org.

KPMG is an audit firm, I don't know what you understand by that. They bid for an open tender and won, if you or cord/nasa had a preferred company to do it, you would have asked them to bid. Hiyo ingine ni side shows.
