After carefully examining Mr. Kenyatta's tenure at the treasury, together with the massive bad inheritance, I can conclude that he is a heartless and merciless man!

This is so sad for a leader whose subjects are landless paupers, struggling with high inflation among other harsh economic conditions a product of incompetency as Minister for Finance.

As Finance Minister, he is alleged (widely reported) to have frustrated the ODM plans to obtain treasury funds to purchase land which was intended to resettle Mau Forest IDPs in Rift Valley, therefore dis-enfranchising thousands of ODM and URP supporters, who remain homeless and in the cold due to Uhuru's evil designs.

The selective resettlement of IDPs is reported to be one of red flags raised by the Kalenjin elders while examining the much publicized Uhuru Ruto alliance; this together with the unresolved historical land related injustices are key impediments to a successful alliance.

After carefully analyzing his ministerial decisions, I have come to conclude that UK is where ZERO ethics business, ruthlessness and politics converge.

As Finance Minister he punished regions perceived to support his competitors by starving projects in such areas of funds, especially the Mau Forest Restoration IDPs and instead, diverted such funds elsewhere for example the ultra modern Thika Road instead of the high impact Mombasa- Nairobi-Malaba highway.

The thinking was that land value would skyrocket along Thika Road (Superhighway) and around Brookside Dairies to an all time high, and would be disposed at a killer price! Smart business move right there. But is it ethical when it is done at the expense of the hustler and the poor IDPs even without considering the cost savings by businesses if priority could have been given to Mombasa-Nairobi-Malaba border highway.

I know the Chinese funded the Superhighway, but to pay for it and balance the books, the Mau IDP land funds and funds meant for the numerous road projects in perceived ODM strongholds were diverted to other projects and debt repayment program.

This will go down as the classic case of redistributive injustices meted out on the Kenyan people for a man who claims to be a champion of the youth. Not when he is responsible for the continued stay of families in the cold!

Those funds are believed by public policy analysts to have been diverted to the Thika Road Super Highway project which passes not just though his political stronghold of Thika, but through part of his land, which is in both sides of Thika Road.

Before the Kenyatta family sold part of it, it transversed on both sides of Thika road from Mang'u High School, keep driving, Brookside, keep driving past Kahawa Barracks and KU, keep driving, at All Sopps, veer to the left at the All Sopps roundabout, keep driving , head towards Kangundo.

Even though Thika Road Superhighway was a nobel project, it is a testament to how far the defacto leader of the PNU wing of government can go to advance his business and evil political designs.

Todate, even after stepping down as Finance Minister, Mr. Kenyatta wilds immense power over treasury, its rumoured that Njeru Githae, the Finance Minister is "user friendly" and that Mr Kenyatta still takes all decisions at the ministry.
The "Rats for Dinner" enthusiast is a robo-signer of documents.

Is Mr Kenyatta anti Western powers? – hell no!

Mr Kenyatta has invested heavily in Europe; he continues to mislead Kenyans into thinking that China is the next god, while actually theirs is actually an evil alliance intent on collaboration to burden our children with irresponsible debts while his land value benefits from such projects that have been packaged as well intentioned.

He continues to use American products like iPhone instead of low quality Chinese products, use Teleprompters US style, like we saw during the TNA launch, not a single thing he does which is Chinese, including where his kids go to school.
Infact his TNA launch was an attempt to copy cat American DNC and RNC conventions- (the very people he demonizes), which never came close to it.

Intellectual dishonesty

He read a speech which was massively plagiarized from various Obama speeches, including the Thomas Jefferson authored Unilateral Declaration of Independence, but without citing his sources. This is sheer intellectual dishonesty, or just lazy to cross check a pre written speech, a standard that is expected of a leader of Mr. Kenyatta stature.

For those who care, come 2013, you have a choice either a plagiarist president or an intellectually honest president. Miguna Miguna in his book Peeling Back The Mask (even though not a credible source) describes as situation where Prime Minsiter Raila Odinga declined to read a copy and paste speech written by Adams Oloo's student because it was heavily plagiarized from Thambo Mbeki's speech on Pan Africanism, and instead Miguna claims, he was requested to write a speech within a very short notice. A testimony that Mr Kenyatta's erstwhile competitor Dr. Odinga would never read a plagiarized speech!

2013 therefore presents us with a choice between, Plagiarist in Chief versus Intellectual in Chief.

Teleprompters require you to be a good reader, and from the TNA launch presentation it was obvious that the presenters were struggling to read, and so their intention to make it look like an Obamaisque presentation boomeranged miserably- intellectually, and in style of presentation.

Uhuru therefore appears to copy everything American, British and European, from suits, shoes but wants the few on whose backs he wants to ride on, to use fake, copycatted and short lasting poor quality goods from China.

Even schools like Peponi School which is associated with his family does not advance Chinese systems of education but the Western style of Education. He is therefore part of a business which is preparing the next generation of Western Educated graduates from elite families, who can speak the Queen's English without an accent, while misleading the poor masses about how evil US, Germany, Britain are. It's the highest form of sheer hypocrisy. He calls them imperial, anyone tell me what is more imperial than owning land the size of Maine, Vermont and the British Island of England combined.

His lawyers in the ICC are British, and recently, to confront and neutralize free speech he enlisted the services of a UK policy insider. It has been reported that "Mr Kenyatta has appointed Ed Straite, a former adviser to Britain's Chancellor of the Exchequer (Finance minister) George Osbourne to boost his public image in the wake of concerns that he should not be running for Kenya's highest office". UK seems determined to con his way into the house on the hill by riding on the backs of the very paupers, for who he hasn't had the decency to show remorse, and share a piece of his massive land which comprises a large proportion of what his celebration in the Forbes Magazine.

At $500m it is the value of these 500,000 acres of land that makes him 2 times richer than Mitt Romney whose net worth is $250 m. Take that land away and other Kenyans would be competitive.

I didn't make this up; actually The Forbes magazine describes Uhuru as "heir to some of the largest land holdings in Kenya. He owns at least 500,000 acres of prime land spread across the country. However, instead of redistributing that World Bank funded resettlement scheme for the benefit of all landless Kenyans, it was diverted. That is how UK's land inheritance was acquired. And that is why he ought to ACT NOW, if at all he doesn't want the next election to be about the Squatter's Landlord versus X.

Uhuru's dictatorial tendencies are cause for his failures

As the country leaps to the forthcoming General Elections in a few months' time, the leader of The National Alliance and presidential aspirant, Hon. Uhuru Muigai Kenyatta, is a man entangled in whorls of vanity. Although he is endowed with comfort of currency, communal goodwill and royal milieu; Uhuru basically lacks ability to translate royal facility into factual fecundity. The basis of predictable leadership competence is dictated by the way one translates one or two gifts into operational faculty. It reveals the acumen in him.

When former President D.T. Moi spotted Uhuru in Gatundu in 1999, nominated and appointed him Minister for Local Government before preferring him for a legatee, pundits predicted that he was poised for a great future, and that it would not be long before he assumed the helm of the nation. Uhuru took over leadership of Moi's party, Kanu, with which he sought to succeed him. Unfortunately, their hopes were cast on a steel rock. He dumped the party in 2007 for support of his kinsman, President Mwai Kibaki. He never really cared what became of the independence party save for Moi's son, Gideon Moi, who swiftly took action to sustain it.

In his style of leadership Uhuru has thrived in malice. He has always unveiled strategies that work to reduce the number of players of his opponents. That makes him no better than a sad sport. Guerrilla tactics of politicking do not make a leader in whom the nation would abide. It makes other leaders look at you and say; "We are better off without you".

In defense of Kibaki's sullied reelection efforts, Uhuru engaged in activities that besmirched his reputation absolutely. He oversaw atrocious operation of a post elections' violence group known as Mungiki. Investigations by a Commission of Inquiry into the violence established that the group terrified and butchered Kenyans in Nairobi, Naivasha and Nakuru. In the Commission's reports that form part of evidence at the International Criminal Court, Uhuru led the operations.

That was the first of disgraceful pictures that cast the former State House kid. The ICC cases still stand and hearings commence in April 2012.

Today, Uhuru is vying for presidency in Kenya. His candidature attracts two clear indications. First, his community constitutes a mega voting bloc that never votes outside the house. He is banking on the tribal numerical with whom he hopes to succeed Kibaki and secure power for his community. In the current past, symptoms of this observation showed between 2003 and early 2008 when they literally insulated power around Kibaki. If Uhuru gets their support, he is assured of the contest. That spells why Uhuru uses much money in buying loyalties from selfish and money-hungry politicians. As usual, the money is believed to come from contributions of his moneyed tribesmen within and without the country.

Martha Karua and Peter Kenneth … he has issued threats to them … he thunders against them: "You are either with me or against me; if you are not with me you are my enemy!" That is reminiscent of the arrogance of Moi's time when people … who felt politically correct would shove decisions through the gullets of the public "wapende wasipende" Such like umbrage! It sounds like he would fatally hurt his perceived "enemies".

Second, Uhuru is fighting against subjection to the ICC cases. That is where he gains support and escort of William Samoei Ruto, one whom he accused for the violence in the same document. In this engagement, the duo wish to use "Vote us, vote against the ICC!" campaign slogan to whip emotions of tribesmen whom they hoodwinked into believing that they are besieged by ‘opponents' in the succession politics; and that the ICC cases are attacks on their communities.

Ruto is trying it out among his people in vain.

Arrogant push

Enlivened by the buoying pecuniary status, Uhuru has wined and dined in the sea-city of human trade. In the last one and half years, he has literally bought who-are-who in the political circles. Like a prodigal son, he has been buying without selecting. Only a few top cream lovers of money have fallen into his hand and the public have thought that he "also" schemes his purchases.

Some of the bigwigs whom Uhuru's currencies are believed to have compromised include Ruto, Musalia Mudavadi, Moses Wetangula, Chirau Makwere and Najib Balala. They formerly belonged to Orange Democratic Movement, Ford, Ford Kenya and Party of National Unity. The Vice President, Hon. Kalonzo Musyoka of WDM-K, has tried to work round about him for convenience which he has never recognized.

Kalonzo is believed to have fallen into the trap when he arranged a power-sharing deal which made him Kibaki's second in command.

Kalonzo is the first to face the force. Uhuru sent him out of his G7 outfit saying he was no longer needed in the team. He accused Vice President of insincerely seeking power while hiding on their backs like a tick. In fact, he likened the duplicity to a hound dog running behind them while hoping for ‘the meat in their hands to drop down'. He alleged that Kalonzo was hoping to benefit from their ICC predicaments by mischievously consolidating their followers for the appetite of power he nurses. However he humiliated the VP and reduced him to a helpless slave who joined the team at his mercy. Kalonzo asked for pardon and stayed round about him at his mercy. Currently, the VP has opted out and is wandering about seeking refuge in leaders like Musalia.

In the recent past, Uhuru airlifted Wetangula, Ngilu, Makwere, Eugene Wamalwa and Kiema Kilonzo to Bujumbura to discuss and/or sign a pact that would bind them to his support in the forthcoming elections.

In that respect, Ngilu placed before him three suggestions which he opposed. Firstly, she sought to have partners maintain their identities by fielding candidates in the seats.

Secondly, she suggested that TNA sponsors all affiliate aspirants for parliamentary, senatorial and gubernatorial seats, arguing that it would motivate them to direct voters to vote him president. And thirdly, Ngilu urged Uhuru to consider incorporating partner parties' manifestos into TNA's if the alliance should serve corporate interests when it forms the government. Uhuru made trash of them all, instead maintaining that every aspirant that wants TNA's sponsorship in the campaigns vies on the party's ticket. "TNA has enough resource for candidates of all seats nationwide but not for other parties.

Whoever stands on TNA's ticket will get the party's full support", Uhuru said. Ngilu resented it.

There also emerged tussle on how Wetangula and Wamalwa would run Western Kenya campaigns when it appeared Uhuru had settled on Wamalwa and not ready to discuss further options Wetangula would advance. The antipathy greeting his pick on Balala for Coast against the more indigenous Makwere exposes his tendencies as suspect. He chooses his people in disrespect of bonds that form a united nation.

Conspicuously missing out of Uhuru's basket are Martha Karua's and Peter Kenneth's respective Narc-Kenya and Kenya National Congress parties. He has not shown interest in them; instead he has issued threats to them. In his trademark Central Kenya whacks, he thunders against them like the former USA President, George Bush, did for terrorism: "You are either with me or against me; if you are not with me you are my enemy!" He thunders: "Join TNA or perish!" That is reminiscent of the arrogance of Moi's time when people like Shariff Nassir who felt politically correct would shove decisions through the gullets of the public "wapende wasipende" (whether they liked it or not). Such like umbrage! It sounds like he would fatally hurt his perceived "enemies".

Dishonest transaction

It is an open secret that Uhuru has not been tolerant of other people. In his haughty heart, he spews at those he disregards. It is not by bad chance, therefore, that he disgraced the VP a few months ago by publicly casting him out of the nebulous G7 outfit.

Musalia has not escaped the brunt of seeking to team him up in vain after it became apparent that he sweet-talked him out of the ODM. Musalia has had to toil with the donkey work of trying to pose as the candidate of United Democratic Front, a party superficially formed by Uhuru's schemers to host him in defection. It is now clear why Uhuru did not want to have Musalia in the same party with him. To him, it appears, the people bought by his money must serve capacities as slaves and nothing more. That has seen the ‘slaves' skeptic of fully yielding to work with him or do his work. His style promotes hysteria other than stability.

If Uhuru was honest with Musalia, he would not "fish" him from the safe ODM waters and abandon him on a dry UDF rock. That is like killing for nothing, which only thrives in childhood stages of human lives.

At initial stages, Uhuru seemed to form a family with his ‘slaves' and the nation imagined how it would be a huge horde of people. And yes, it would; especially if he would be intelligent to establish a broader ideology. In his style of leadership Uhuru has thrived in malice. He has always unveiled strategies that work to reduce the number of players of his opponents. That makes him no better than a sad sport. Guerrilla tactics of politicking do not make a leader in whom the nation would abide. It makes other leaders look at you and say; "We are better off without you". A leader who is not guided by leading principles is no more than a cartoon.

As I write this article, the VP and Musalia are the people who will not work in aide of Uhuru. That is not because they discriminate against him but because he has no regards for them. In fact, it is apparent to all and sundry that he wants their support for selfish reasons. That is not what aspiring leaders would like to associate with. They want to be part of the main movement to promote national well-being. They want to work with leaders who respect others. Karua and Kenneth should not be Uhuru's enemies because they believe they have ambitions that they can share with all Kenyans freely and directly. It is their constitutional and democratic right and whoever helps them enjoy it helps the land of Kenya.

With his social, communal and financial background, he should be able to raise a comfortable head over his shoulders. If he fails to realize it, careless pride would bear blame for it. Other leaders may run to him but not want to be seen trapped in the cage of slave trade.

If Uhuru wishes to continue in blindness of his pride, his State House hopes will wait in nostalgia. If it cannot relate correctly, tribal swarm of attentions he is seeking may not come with any meaning to him at all.

Uhuru has had the many advantages which he has failed to exploit appropriately. Instead he has cumbered himself with pedestal cares and prodigal practices. With his social, communal and financial background, he should be able to raise a comfortable head over his shoulders. If he fails to realize it, careless pride would bear blame for it. Other leaders may run to him but not want to be seen trapped in the cage of slave trade.

Sorry scenario

A sorry scenario has emerged in the message of Uhuru's "slaves". In barrage of desperate propaganda explosions, they have shot in the air aimlessly leaving their (his) target, Raila Odinga, on the ground. Their bullets?! The ICC. Beginning with Ruto, Miguna Miguna, Tony Gachoka, and now Ngilu; they try to portray that Raila is spanner-boy who "fixed" him "so that he ascends to power unopposed". This has turned into a boring noise to the ears of the public as people believe they merely use it to substitute their ideological bankruptcy even as they "milk an easy dairy cow". It puzzles friends and foes how Uhuru fails to see that it has never made any tenable meaning in the time.

Kenyans know that, firstly Uhuru's ICC cases cannot be done conclusively in public outbursts. They belong in the court. Secondly, Uhuru and team pushed the cases to The Hague when they thought they were safe of it and without caring implications they posed on who the [unknown] suspects would be. They were only surprised to learn that they formed part of the prominent names in the suit.

That is the sorry part of the story that haunts Uhuru and his cahoots today. If that is what he thought then it was contrary, selfish and in disguise; a plot to have others evacuate the field for him. His loudest shout is an act of duplicity. He should not expect to use it to whip any emotions in the elections.

A good leader embraces broad and fair spectrum of competitions. A good leader refines his opinions about others and leads himself out other than confines himself. Kenya is for all Kenyans.

Kuingia kwa kalonzo kwenye CORD ni kwa tamaa zake wala sio kwa kuwatumikia anaowaongoza. Hawa ndio maagent wa ibilisi wakubwa. Watu katika ubunge wake kuna wakati wa ukame inasemekana wana chinja mbwa kujilisha.

Ikiwa kalonzo katika miaka hii yote hajaleta mabadiliko ya kuonekana katika ubunge wake, sasa chini ya Raila ni nini ataweza kudanganya watu atatekeleza?

Kutegemea misaada/mikopo ambayo ndio kama makombo kutoka nchi za kigeni, ndio inafanya wanasiasa waliokosa ruwaza kusisitiza lazima Rais awe na uhusiano mwema/good international relations na nchi hizi za kigeni ili atosheleze kuendelea kupata mikopo ambayo yamegeuka kuwa a bed of corruption. hebu nipe mfano mataifa yaliyoboresha maendeleo kutumia haya makombo. Mbona eneo moja linalindwa zaidi kuliko sehemu zingine za Kenya? Maeneo ya mikoa ya magharibi ni mojawapo ya sehemu zilizo na walinda usalama wachache mno ukizingatia idadi ya watu wanaoishi huko.

Pesa za CDF haziwezi kamwe kukithi kwa ukamilifu mahitaji ya eneo, nikatafakari sababu moja kuu ya kubuni miradi za CDF ilikuwa kuwekeza katika miradi za self-help groups. Kuna maeneo bunge yamefaidika mpaka sasa kutokana na CDF, na wengine waliyoyadharau kama malupulupu hawakufaidika licha kuwa pesa zilisambazwa sehemu zote on time!

Mkuu mwenzangu hakika ni vizuri kuwa na matarajio na matumaini kwenye shughuli mpya ya ugatuzi, kila sehemu itakabithiwa kuwa na utafiti huru, kujenga miundo msingi yake, kuboresha elimu na kathalika. Ikija katika kuchagua kiongozi, sote binadamu lazima tutofautiane kimawazo na ni vizuri kuzidi kwa upana huo uzae mawazo tofauti. Ndio kuonyesha kama taifa tunazidi kuboreka kidemokrasia.

Sehemu zilizo viungani mwa Nairobi kama mkoa wa kati zimefaidika mno kutokana wa wingi miundo misingi yake, kwa hivyo ni rahisi kwa viongozi wa eneo za kaunti inje ya NBI kujitafutia umaarufu kuwa wao kupitia CDF ndio wamezidisha miradi ya maendeleo. Wenye kutekeleza ugatuzi hawapaswi kuleta mapendeleo katika usambazaji wa fedha. Watu wa pwani hakika wana haki zao na nina imani ugatuzu utashughulikia haki hizo. Tusingetaka kiongozi yeyote kuitumia hali ya pwani kujipendekeza na kuleta mathara ya vita-vya-wenyewe-kwa-wenyewe. Kenya ni moja na umoja ndio ngao.

Central province for instance is worlds apart from western/nyanza provinces with nyanza being slightly fairer. Tarmacked paths in western are literally countable for instance, if it aint a highway its a feeder road to another highway.

Does Kenya Urban Roads Authority (KURA) work in "central" only and its "satelitte towns"? Does the Central government believe far flanked provinces need to be serviced by KENHA (highways) alone? Never mind that this highway roads have been hastily initiated in the last quater of last year (kericho-kakamega route).

What does it tell you when 90% of learning institutions are found in central....take a visit to the far flanked areas of western/nyanza provinces you will be shocked by the sorry state of education there. Illiteracy in those regions at times makes me hate how one government can dev one area of the nation so much and forget the other.
