Hivi jamani TPDC (Tanzania petroleum Development Corporation) ni Academic institution au ni Youth-led government corporation? Maana kazi zao wakitangaza umri ni miaka 30-35 au uwe umefaulu kwa alama ya upper 2nd au First class.....Kwani umri huu na ufaulu huu ndiyo unaleta tija katika kujenga taifa hili? There are something wrong for those who set the criteria of employment and I dont think the Tanzanian employment policy say this. Why can't they allow anybody with degree or any age for Tanzanian to compete to build this nation?
