If not our local health facilities, Kenyans tend to seek healthcare in India, and as for the more affluent people, they are spoilt for choice globally.

In Africa, maybe S. A, Morocco, the Egypts can hold water.

Our healthcare system, though still marred with inadequacies, is one of the best in Africa. Probably top 7.
