Politics is the gentle art of getting votes from the poor and campaign funds from the rich,
by promising to protect each from the other.

Point number one.......economic is the base upon which political pillars must be erected
Point number two.......politicians must obey the business principles for the sake of their own survival
Point number three.....businessmen can be politicians but not vise-verse
Point number four.......businessmen have no permanent interests on individual politician

Thus politicians are safeguarding interests of the rich men at the expense of the poor while the rich men is neither interested on the politician nor the poor but the roles they both (politician and the poor) plays to nourish his business

Because this is a class based conflict it has never been gentle but power relations and institutions are not providing for the leveled ground for the struggle and thus the status quo is illusory......never had it been gentle.....never will it be
