The lifecycle of Mafisadi in Tanzania can be described to be very ubiquitous and apoptotic (programmed self killing) for the Tanzanian society. This deadly cycle can be summarized as below:
The Mafisadi have been persistently raping our Motherland Tanzania for generations causing multiple unhealthy pregnancies called (singly) poverty. The outcome of these unhealthy pregnancies has been the raising mortality rates and premature babies called ignorance and disease. The growth of these ignorant and diseased premature babies has resulted into a weaken society which gives room for overgrowth of the very Mafisadi.

If the cycle you are describing is vicious ,do you want to imply that our fight against these fisadis will not be won? Your analogy is misplaced and has the intention of derailing our noble cause of fighting our arch enemies that we have identified. Since we are determined to wipe out these people and the system that protects them the war will be won.
