The tragedy of our schools

Schools are non business organizations.But it is surprising that in Tanzania they have become business organizations.They have become profit oriented more than meeting the community goals.

This is seen when some schools try to steal or leak national exams in order to top in national examination results which increases market as the enrollment of fresh students will increase .

This means more money to the owners of these schools (especially some of the private schools).This also means that students and pupils pass unfairly hence we may get incompetent labour in various fields.

All these are triggered by competitive passage of exams.My advise is that we maintain the discipline of education

Business organizations zipo za aina tatu sole trader, partnership na company.Shule binafsi huwezi kuziingiza kwenye hizo category labda wewe ni layman tu.Naona unaelekea kusema hata makanisa ni business organization.
