sina cha kuongea kwenye hili, bora tu nimpongezze robbot kwa kuwa always the 1st to know.
Hi nchi ni ya aibu sana. So wakati presdent anaongea hakujulishwa haya yote? Hivi anaoperate vipi jamani??
Kadri siku zinavyoenda, kila mahali ambapo watu wanataka ku-apply political solutions kwenye technical problems wanashindwa...

THE IPTL power generators will be switched on any time this week after conclusion of logistic for transportation of the fuel from TIPER to run the Tegeta plant.
The Energy and Minerals Minister, Mr William Ngeleja, told the Daily News here yesterday that the money paid to IPTL to start suppling power to Tanesco was transferred to their accounts yesterday.
The minister, who had just arrived from official duties in Mbeya, said the plant had not been switched on on Sunday as earlier expected because the cheque from the Treasury was ready by Friday evening. It was already on the weekend.
But the mony to the company was transferred by the IPTL provisional liquidator. Theophil Rugonzibwa. Some 15bn/- had been released to ITPL for initial supply.
Mr Rugonzibwa also confirmed yesterday that he took the cheque and transferred the money to the company`s account as the contract was already signed.
Mr Rugonzibwa also said the engineers were checking and had not finished in time by Sunday.
I have told those in charge of logistic that lorries should be seen moving from TIPER to Tegeta tomorrow (Today). We have to switch on the plant this week, he said
The advance of three months and mobilization fees, he noted, had all been effected as they only await switching on, as the president had directed.

JK aliagiza iwashwe. Hakutaja tarehe kama alivyofanya Zitto. Wanaoijua mitambo ile kwa karibu wanasema hata ikiwashwa haitamaliza mwezi. Ilichoka tangu inasimikwa pale Tegeta-Salasala.Sasa vipi Muungwana alikurupuka na kusema mitambo itawashwa Novemba mosi?
