"Salary Theorem" states that "Engineers and scientists can never earn as much as business executives and sales people."

This theorem can now be supported by a mathematical equation based on the following two postulates:

As every engineer knows: Power = Work / Time

Since:

Knowledge = Power
Time = Money
Knowledge = Work/Money.


Solving for Money, we get:

Money = Work / Knowledge.

Thus, as Knowledge approaches zero, Money approaches infinity, regardless of the amount of work done.

Conclusion:

The less you know, the more you make

Tatizo kuhuzu kazi ya mshahara/kuajiriwa ni kwamba inakosa kitu muhimu kiancho itwa leverage.

Injinia aweza kutengeneza pesa nyingi kama ataweza ku-leverage ujuzi wake. kwa mfano kama ata-patent tekinologia aliyo gundua na ku-lease. Lakini tatizo nikwamba watu wengi hawafikirii hivyo. Wanafikiri uinjiniani pale unapokuwa kibaruani

Unapo leverage (time, money, knowledge, people, connection) unaweza kufanya mambo mengi kwa wakati mmoja mfano unaweza ku ajiri watu wengi ili wengine wafanye kazi ile ile unayo ifanya sasa, au uka automate repetitive processes ile uondoe human errors na kupunguza gharama.

Inasikitisha sana tunajifunza kwenye (physics) efficiecy = output/input
lakini hatutumii kwenye maisha ya kawaida.
