Africans should be left alone. The fact that they and other primitive peoples have evolved strategies to survive into the twenty-first century means those strategies work. When white men first came upon primitives, they had evolved and survived just as long as the Europeans had in spite of low life expectancies. They compensated by having very high birth rates - they still have very high birth rates - no matter where they live
