I have a question which is troubling my sincere thoughts!
Our country established a law to control and monitor campaign expenses by the parties, presidential, mpship, and councilor candidates and the political parties.what has hapened? The candidates who received the majority votes were declared winners! Was the law concerned shelved away? Was the law a determining factor for one to be declared a winner? What was the purpose of enacting a law which is toothless? I urge the law to operate now!
