How can I forget this..........................few weeks before the Hon. Chacha Wangwe met his untimely death he had one of his last nasty altercation with the then Deputy Speaker Anne Makinda..................and the issue was ...........Hon. Chacha Wangwe was supplicating the House to take drastic measures to avert his Tarime constituency from the abysmal threat of internecine warfare...............But Hon. Makinda would have none of that nonsense.....
The Deputy Speaker, Anne Makinda severally and harshly had to command Hon. Wangwe to sit down as if the matter was not of national significance..................
How will Hon. Wangwe receive the election of Hon. Makinda to the highest seat of the House..................my feeling is that Hon. Wangwe would be protesting and squirming in his grave knowing she will deploy all the authority on her power to subvert the advancement of the rule of law in this great nation.......................what do you think?
