When I was a kid my parents taught me the same formula for success that you probably learned: Go to school, study hard and get good grades so you can get a secure, high paying job with benefits-and your job will take care of you. But that's industrial age thinking and we're not in the industrial age anymore. Your job is not going to take good care of you. It's a new century and the rules have changed.
My parents believed in job security, company pensions social security and medicare. These are all worn-out, obsolete ideas left over from an age gone by. Today job security is a joke and the very idea of life time employment with a single company is as anachronistic as a manual type writer.

najisikia vibaya sana kwa upumbavu nilio nao kichwani kwangu sijui na wenzangu mko hivyo? shule nimeenda tenda mbaya zaidi nimesoma biashara kwa muda wa miaka mitano harafu nashindwa eti hat kuuza sindano ya kushonea nguo. nimekazana kila siku kutafuta kazi mpaka lini? kama ujinga nishafuta sasa maisha haya mpaka lini?
haya naweza kusema sina mtaji je nina business plan niliyoitarisha kwa mtaji ninao taka? we should stop to be stupid lets change! huu ni upuuzi mtupu! nimechoka kwa kweli hebu fikiria unanua magazeti matatu eti unapoteza muda kutafuta kazi tu! hivi fedha ya haya magazeti na postege kwa mwezi hayatoshi kuanzia biashara?
lakini kuna kitu kimoja kimeniumiza sana na kwa hili likiwa kikwazo nipo tayari kutoa rushwa ili nifanikiwe! eti hata kama umeweka phisical addss kama ofisi ipo nyumbani no lesseni kama vile pango walinipa na mtaji wa biashara.badilikeni mbona london hawafanyi hivyo! hizi manisupaa ziache longolongo tunapata wapi pango la ofisi watupe leseni kwa makazi yetu na baada ya muda tutatafuta vijiwe.mbaya zaidi wako bado nyuma hawaelewi kuwa business has change.

chiwa tha issue ni kwamba u should take action....and always stay positive....u should think of a business yenye mtaji mdogo sana but yenye possibility ya kukua na kua kubwa...binafsi ni kijana wa miaka 20 nina biashara nilioitanua mpaka USA,UK, canada, south africa na australia......ni vigumu kuamini but ukweli ni huo.....design naona shule ni ya kupunguza ujinga tu..na kuniweka updated lkn cio kwa ajili ya kuajiriwa.....and am always staying positive and believing in my business.
