Is it that our Prime Minister had no mandate of signing the other two elements (EfCFTA - about trade and Free Movement Protocal) or it is because our country is still cautious about them?
By the way, what is all about Kigali Declaration?

We did not sign probably because we are too cautious. Tanzania will not be part of the AfCFTA.

Nigeria didn't sign either. Clearly Tanzania has a problem with text used on agreements, and if you have a problem with text then you will have a problem with main agreement itself.
