My Galaxy S3 had a problem with its proximity sensors. when I make a call, put the phone to my ear, but then if I want to hang up the screen is dead and won't wake up. I cannot disconnect the call until the other end hangs up. If they don't answer, the call just rings and rings until I remove my battery,
Ilikuwa inakula sana kwangu nikiwapigia tigo Subscribers na mi Voice mail service yao.
I tried factory reset, i lost my valuable contacts and information kwa Sababu Samsung Kies ili ni lisha kasa during backup.
