For any patient arriving at a hospital in Tanzania there is a written record describing the medical issue that is uncovered, called diagnosis; and for any resulting death, a record detailing the time, cause and manner of death, called the death certificate. Everybody in the world knows that.

Only difference between us and your country is, we simply don't have a daily running commentary on the number of cases, admissions, discharges, deaths and survivals from all the lethal diseases in existence.

So if you record, where is the tabulation. It's been like 2 months since we heard anything.
Typical shithole country. In Kenya if you want records of HIV and other diseases on a monthly basis you will get.

Covid we are doing frequently because it is an ongoing pandemic, that is also contagious.
Everybody in the world knows Tanzania is full of sh*t.

How have those daily Records helped you in mitigating the pandemic??
