Halafu kuna lingine ambalo hatulielewi, in China, when speaking about skilled labours, they don't mean the graduates. They mean the work force which have been trained just a basic but applied knowledge of something. Large working population of China attended the trade or vocational schools. In these schools, they are taught the well established tailor made knowledge which will be applied by trainees immediately after completing their studies. Apart from learning their technical skills such as carpentry, tailoring, masonry, welding to name a few, they are also learning some basics on Accounts, entrepreneurship, marketing, costumer care etc. This is why the big capital of Chinese economy is the pool of skilled workers. (Not graduates, like how we are using to think).
