Nimeelewa sana mkuu sorry unaweza nisaidia majukumu ya baraza la wafanya kaz na jukumu la members wake katika halmashaur?
Nitacopy na kupaste kutoka ktk slides zangu nnazotumia ktk utoaji wa elimu ya mabaraza hayo mkuu, bahati mbaya zipo kwa kiingereza ila nadhani utaelewa.
1. To advice the management on measure to be taken to ensure that public service is delivering service with efficiency, effectiveness and higher standard in order to develop sustainable national economy.
2. To advise the management on matter relating, to the interest and welfare of public servants.
3. Advise the management on any changes on laws, rules, regulations relating to terms and conditions in the public service.
4. To advise the management of matters relating to promotion and discipline in the public service.
5. To discuss and advise on organizational plans its revenue and expenditure estimate. (mambo ya bajeti za idara, halmashauri n.k)
6. Discuss and give advice, training and staff development and
7. Enhance cooperation between workers and management in carrying out Government business
Members wanaoingia ktk baraza la wafanyakazi (kwa case ya halmashauri) ni;
1. Mkuu wa Taasisi (Mkurugenzi Mtendaji)
2. Wakuu wote wa Idara
3. Wajumbe wa kuchaguliwa mmoja mmoja kutoka kila idara
4. Wajumbe wa Halmashauri ya chama cha wafanyakazi kilichopo eneo la mwajiri.....kama kuna chama zaidi ya kimoja (manake halmashauri kuna walimu wanakuwa CWT, watumishi wa afya unakuta wapo TUGHE, watumishi wengineo unakuta wapo TALGWU) basi maana yake hapa kutakuwa na 'Master Council' na katiba yenu itakuwa imeainisha mgawango wa wajumbe watakaoingia kwenye baraza kwa uwakilishi wa kila chama cha wafanyakazi kilichopo hapo).....a representative from a 'master council'
5. Mwakilishi kutoka makao makuu ya chama cha wafanyakazi.

- Labour Institutions Act No. 7 of 2004 reading together with Rules of Codes of Good Practice GN.42 of 2007.
- United Republic of Tanzania Constitution of 1977, Article 18 (freedom of expression).
- ILO Conventions and Recommendations on Social Dialogues and Collective Bargaining.
- In Tanzania workers’ council is implemented in Public Institutions as per Public Service (Negotiating Machinery) Act No. 19 of 2003 reading with regulations of 2005. Rule 24 state that:
