Kwanza tunatakiwa kufahamu kwamba kuna aina mbalimbali za leave ambazo zimeainishwa katika ELRA 2004.


  1. Annual Leave (Likizo ya mwaka) -28 consecutive days
  2. Sick Leave (Ugonjwa) - 126 days in any leave cycle i.e. 36 months
  3. Maternity Leave - 84 days and if twins 100 days
  4. Paternity Leave - 3 days (Within 7 days of the birth of child)
  5. Compassionate Leave - 4 days with pay
Kuhusiana na masaa ya kufanya kazi ni kwamba katika wiki mmoja mfanyakazi anatakiwa kufanya kazi kwa masaa yasiyozidi 45 na kama kutakuwa na overtime basi isizidi masaa 10 katika wiki hiyo. Hii ina maana kwamba kwa wiki ya kufanya kazi kwa siku tano basi utatakiwa kufanya kazi kwa masaa 9 kwa siku na kama una overtime basi isizidi masaa mawili.
Mimi nilipo (institute) tunapewa. Likizo ya siku 24. Na kuingia kazini ni saa 8:00_4:30 Je ipo sahihi hii?

Habari zenu wadau,

Hivi hawa mapersonal/hr officer/manager wanazijua? Kwanini unyanyasaji makazini bado unaendelea, kwa mfano unamkuta manager (branch manager) anaongoza wafanyakazi 3-10, anawaongoza just he/she has experience na kazi lkn hajui sheria za kazi wala mambo ya utawala.

Naomba kwa wale wanaoongozwa na brach manager watupe changamoto wanazokabiliana nazo ili tujue tunafanyaje kukomesha tabia hii.
Hapa kwangu ndio balaa natamani nimtie makofi huyu dada d😱😱😱👊👊👊👊 anatupelekesha kazi hajui yaani utafikiri yupo nyumbani kwake xoom

Naomba kuuliza, katika kampuni niliyokuwa nafanya, mshahara ulikuwa $300, per month, Ila ghafla mwajiri akashusha mshahara mpaka $150, je kuna uhalali gani hapo, anasema hapati faida.

Kisheria ni lazima wewe uridhie la sivyo huwez kushushwa mshahara tena kama sababu zenyewe ndio hizo hapo wamekosea sana kwa ushaur zaid nitafute PM

Severance pay ni haki anayoipata mfanyakazi mara tu ajira inapokoma. Sifa ya kupata hiyo severance pay ni mpaka uwe umefanya kazi kwa muda wa mwaka au zaidi, na unalipwa si zaidi ya miaka kumi ktk utumishi wako. Kwa mshahala wa siku 7 kwa kila mwaka.
Mkuu kama una uelewa mpana zaidi ebu nifafanulie hapo; kulipwa zaid ya miaka 10 na mshahara wa siku saba. Hiyo imekaaje hapo.

Habarini wana jamvi, Mimi nilipangiwa kituo cha kazi na sekreteriat ya ajira tangu February mwaka huu, nikaenda kureport nikambiwa nirudi nitapigiwa simu niambiwe lini niende kuanza kazi rasmi. Ukapita mwezi bila kupata taarifa, nilipompigia hr akanieleza kuwa sijapewa check no. Japo nimeshaajiriwa. Naombe nielezwe , ctoweza kupoteza nafas hiyo? Je nitapata haki gani kwa muda nilokaa

Umekwisha pewa mkataba wa kazi tayari mkuu,maana usije kua unasema umeajiriwa na mkataba hauna,kama ushapewa mkataba tayari,wajibu wa kutoa kazi anaomwajiri,kuwe kuna kazi au hakuna unapaswa kulipa,kama watakunyima kazi wanapaswa kukulipa ,maana kwanza unakua usumbufu labda ndani ya huo muda ungeweza kua ushapata kazi sehemu nyingine.
