Development of any nation depends very much from the development of human resources.
One of the underdeveloped resource in Tanzania is human resource despite the fact that development of human resource stimulate development of all other resources.
There a region's in Tanzania due to extreme poverty Parents sit down with their children discussing how they can fail exam because when they succeed there will be no money and other support including school fees.
Poverty is rampant in many parts of Tanzania especially rural areas where Agriculture still remain at the heart of rural life.
Our national heritage is to fight against three enemies which are:poverty,Ignorance and Diseases.
World heritage could mean good life standard and wellbeing of human resources while preserving other natural resources.
Tanzania has preserved resources way back before the formalization of environmental education for example in Iringa there is a Nyumbanitu forest that have been preserved through indigenous knowledge(pseudoscience)
Environmental conservation in Africa and in Tanzania is not one man show but a communal way where all members are beneficiaries and shareholders.
There is no need for International organs to teach Tanzanian how to conserve resource because Tanzania and Africa in general today have large stock of resources which have been preserved there over millions of years.
Colonialist through deindustrialization policy have dwarfed African countries to the margin level so as to exploit resources in Africa of which they used name it "Dark continent"
Our fore fathers have been chopped off their hands in Congo because they were trying their level best to establish small industries(iron smiths) in their land by those who today their echo is attached to international organization and multinational financial institutions to continue dwarfing Africans through teaching them introduction of the so called civilisation which intended to uncivilize Africans.
The real freedom today is economic freedom that liberates and free people from the misery and the boundaries of poverty.
