United States of America, ina maana kila state ina nguvu ya nchi moja lakini kwa sababu zipo pamoja kiongozi mkuu kabisa anakuwa Donald Trump.

Governor anayo hadhi ya urais wa jimbo, kwa maneno mengine Marekani ni kama afrika iliyoungana na hao governors ndio hawa marais wetu, wanaye mkubwa wao ambaye ndiye mwenye kuimiliki white house kwa vipindi viwili vya miaka minne minne.

Kwa hiyo RC wa Dar ni kama mmoja wapo wa viongozi wa hizo counties za majimbo.

CNN wametumia lugha ambayo Mmarekani wa kawaida anaweza kuielewa.

In Tanzania Regional Commissioners, District Commissioners and Division Secretaries call themselves Governors! So CNN is right. The difference between Tanzanian Governors and those from other countries is that they are appointed as opposed to the elected from other countries!
