Nimelazimika kuanzisha thread mpya kuhusiana na suala hili kwa kuwa binafsi sioni kwamba hili ni suala la kisiasa, pili thread iliyopo inamuongelea Balozi Maajar na JF as if tukio zima lilikuwa kwa ajili yao, tatu wachangiaji wengi wanaochangia kwenye thread iliyopo wamekuwa dragged into negativity and it sounds as if it was just a waste of time and money, naomba kwa wale walio bahatika kuwepo tujadili mazuri yaliyojiri, naamini wenzetu walioko kona mbalimbali za dunia ndio wanayotaka kusikia...

The cheapest option is to build your house from scratch. The catch, if you are abroad, you cant trust a ndugu to oversee the building of your house. So an easy solution is to follow this bank route. So, my problem will be property valuation!!

Binafsi nilipendezwa na presentation ya jamaa wa CBA. Ila tu kama nilivyosema mwanzoni, siko optmistic na mambo ambayo mabank ya Tanzania yanasema yakiwa nje.

Labda muhimu hapa ni walioko TZ kutuambia wangapi wameshaenda kuongea na CBA
kuhusu mortgage? Na wanaonaje huduma za hiyo bank?

Niliwahi kuhudhuria mkutano wa baraza la wafanyabiashara wa Afrika na Asia ambao ulifanyika Dar. Mama wa Kinigeria kumbe alipofika tu, yeye akaenda Kariakoo na kupitia maduka yote pale mjini, kila aliyemwuliza, hakuna hata mmoja aliyesema mtaji katoa bank. Mitaji ilitoka kwa ndugu na sources zingine. Yule mama mpaka alitukana, Mramba akakimbia baada ya kubanwa. Hapo ndio kwenye tatizo, kama lengo ni watu wa nje, lazima waangalie kwamba hii Tanzanite account itakuwa na faida kuliko debit cards za mabank ya huku nje.

Kwa walio wengi huko nje tatizo ni kutuma pesa TZ kwasababu gharama inakuwa kubwa na pia exchange rate inakuwa ndogo kuliko kawaida ukitumia watu kama Western Union.
