Kwa miaka sita iliyopita duniani tatizo la kisukari limeongezekwa kiasi cha asilimia 600%.
Wataalamu wamegundua kwamba, aina ya vyakula sasa hivi vina asilimia kubwa sana za wanga (Carbs) kuliko miaka ya zamani.

Dr. Sarah Hallberg amesema kwamba tofauti na mazoea ya watu wengi, ugonjwa huu unasababishwa na mwanadamu kula wanga mwingi kuliko kiasi kinachohitajika mwilini.
mwanadamu anachohitaji zaidi ni Protini, Mafuta na Vitamini - kwa maana nyingine vyakula kama mchele/wali, mkate, pasta, pizza, viazi mviringo, chips noodles, ugali na mikate isiyotowa chachu (naan) ni VITU VYA KUEPUKA KABISA ili usipate tatizo hili.

Badala yake ule vyakula vyenye protini kubwa kama nyama na mayai, na pia ule mboga za majani nyingi zaidi na matunda, jambo zuri ni kwamba, kuna kiasi cha wanga pia kiko kwenye mboga za majani:-

 
Pale kwenye viazi mviringo ungeandika chips tu.
-kwa Tanzania mazao ya chakula tunayolima sana sana ni hayohayo mihogo, mpunga, viazi, mahindi nk. Hivyo basi ukiwa Tanzania ni vigumu sana kuepuka kula vyakula vya wanga mpaka kwenye sherehe, mialiko na harusi tunakula pilau na biriani mulemule.
*Vyakula vya wanga pia vina dumaza akili, bora kutumia ngano kwa wingi kama taifa la Israel.
-Mungu atuepushe na ugonjwa wa kisukari.
 
Kumbe ndio maana binadamu alipoumbwa aliwekwa kwenye bustani ya Eden na chakula chake kilikuwa ni matunda!!!
Matunda ,Mayai na na nyama ya kuku na nyama ya kondoo ni nzuri kuliwa kila wakati. Nyama ya kondoo inaongeza nguvu ya za kiume ukila kila wakati ila maziwa ya kondoo usinywe sio mazuri kunywa.
